Related Party Transactions	9. Related Party Transactions Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the majority stockholder. The totals billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 and 2012 were $32,534 and $29,591, respectively.
