Related Party Transactions	Related party transactions for the Company relate to shared office expenditures in addition to administrative and operating expenses paid on behalf of the majority stockholder. The total billed to and reimbursed by the stockholder for the six months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 was $70,599 and $54,919, respectively.
