At its January 27, 2015 meeting, the Board of Directors of Middlesex Water Company (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1925 per common share payable on March 2, 2015 for shareholders of record as of February 13, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Form 8-K by reference.

Middlesex Water Company ANNOUNCES

QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

 

ISELIN, NJ January 29, 2015 -- Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1925 per common share payable on March 2, 2015 to holders of record as of February 13, 2015. Middlesex Water has paid cash dividends in varying amounts continually since 1912 and has increased its dividend for 42 consecutive years.
