Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On October 23, 2024, Blanche L. Lincoln notified Entergy Corporation (the “Company”) that she intends to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company effective December 31, 2024. Senator Lincoln’s decision to resign is for personal reasons and not because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
