Subsequent Event, Description	We had been in negotiations to sell our interactive display module to a top-tier North American OEM. In February 2020, we were informed by the OEM that products using the interactive display module will not be launched in 2020 as we planned. As a result, we reduced our headcount by approximately 60% and expect to record expense of approximately $104,000 related to the severance agreements for these employees in the first quarter of 2020.
