Subsequent Event, Description	<p style="font: 10pt Times New Roman, Times, Serif; margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0">In March 2019, we filed a Notice of Arbitration in Hong Kong against Ragentek alleging breach of contract. The relief sought is $4.0 million dollars plus interest and arbitration costs.
