Severance Arrangements - Note 5	5. SEVERANCE ARRANGEMENTS In January 2011, we reduced our workforce by approximately 20%, recorded an expense of $372,000 and paid $258,000 related to the severance agreements for these employees during the first quarter of 2011. During the three months ended June 30, 2011, we paid $83,000 relating to the severance agreements for these employees. We plan to make substantially all of the remaining payments of $31,000 during the remainder of 2011.
