Capital Transactions	On January 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized a buy back of up to 300,000 shares of common stock. Shares will be purchased from time to time, at management’s discretion, in the open market and in private transactions. During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company purchased 7,155 shares at an average price of $1.85.
