The Company has established reserves of $71,490 and $70,971 as of June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, against slow moving inventory. For the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, the Company wrote-down approximately $14,500 and $4,400, respectively, in slow moving inventory.
