Methode Electronics, Inc. announced on December 16, 2004 that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share for the quarter ended October 31, 2004 to be paid on January 31, 2005 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2005.

Methode Electronics Board Approves Dividend

CHICAGO – December 16, 2004 — Methode Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: METH) announced today the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share for the quarter ended October 31, 2004 to be paid on January 31, 2005 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2005.
