Met-Pro Corporation (the “Company”) will be presenting at the Maxim Group Growth Conference on October 7, 2008 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York, NY regarding its operations, growth strategy, and financial condition.
 
The PowerPoint slide presentation that the Company expects to use at the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
