The Company recognized $1.4 million of intangible assets for a state insurance license related to the acquisition of Workmen's Automobile Insurance Company (“WAIC”). See Note 10 for the acquisition's cost allocation.
Intangible assets are reviewed annually for impairment and more frequently if potential impairment indications exist. No impairment indications were identified during any of the periods presented.
