Certain Litigation Charges, Net Disclosure	Note 5 – Certain Litigation Charges, Net The Company classifies material litigation reserves and gains recognized as certain litigation charges, net. During the three and six months ended October 26, 2012, the Company recorded certain litigation charges, net of $245 million relating to probable and reasonably estimated damages resulting from patent litigation with Edwards Lifesciences, Inc. See Note 19 for additional information. During the three and six months ended October 28, 2011, there were no certain litigation charges, net.
