Certain Litigation Charges, Net	Certain Litigation Charges, Net The Company classifies material litigation reserves and gains recognized as certain litigation charges, net. During the three months ended January 25, 2013, there were no certain litigation charges, net. During the nine months ended January 25, 2013, the Company recorded certain litigation charges, net of $245 million relating to probable and reasonably estimated damages resulting from patent litigation with Edwards Lifesciences, Inc. See Note 19 for additional information. During the three and nine months ended January 27, 2012, there were no certain litigation charges, net.
