Departure of Named Executive Officer
On May 16, 2023, Malcolm Swift, President Global Flavor Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer, provided notice of his intention to retire from McCormick & Company, Incorporated (the “Registrant”) as of November 30, 2023. To assist with the transition of his duties to others within the organization, Mr. Swift will transition to a new role as Executive Vice President for the Company. He will continue to serve on the Registrant’s Management Committee until his retirement date.
A copy of McCormick’s press release entitled “McCormick Announces Malcolm Swift’s Plan to Retire” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
