DEPRECIATION AND AMORTIZATION Depreciation and amortization expense, including discontinued operations, was $34 million and $43 million for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Depreciation and amortization expense included accelerated depreciation (relating to business rationalization initiatives) of $1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2014.
