Common Stock	Common Stock During the second quarter of 2012, the Company repurchased 3.1 million shares of its common stock for consideration of $100 million. The Company remains authorized to purchase additional shares of its common stock up to a value of $453 million. During the first six months of 2011, the Company purchased 7.8 million shares of its common stock for total consideration of $235 million.
