During the first six months of 2017 and 2016, revenues from one major customer of the Company’s Fulfillment Services business totaled $2,477,000 or 10.5%, and $2,787,000, or 13.4%, of total revenues for the Company. As of November 30, 2016, the Company’s Fulfillment Services business had $295,000 of outstanding accounts receivable from this customer. This major customer has given the Company’s Fulfillment Services business notice that a significant portion of its business will be transferred to another provider during 2017.
