Deferred Engineering Costs	NOTE 3 — DEFERRED ENGINEERING COSTS As of June 30, 2019, the deferred engineering costs of approximately $86.6 million represent detailed engineering services related to the planned construction of the Driftwood terminal. Such costs will be transferred to construction in progress upon reaching FID.
