9. Stock-Based Compensation

Under the Company’s 2021 Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), and the prior 2011 Incentive Plan, as amended, stock-based compensation may be issued to employees and non-employee directors. As of March 31, 2024, 955,070 shares remained available for future issuance under the Plan.
