Earnings Results To Be Published on Wednesday, November 10th

ORLANDO, FL, November 1, 2010 – The LGL Group, Inc. (NYSE Amex: LGL) (the “Company”), today announced that management will hold an investor conference call Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. EST.  The purpose of the call is to discuss the Company’s Q3 earnings results, current business activities and strategy.
