On February 23, 2001, as part of our ordinary course of business the Company completed the sale of approximately 17.3 acres of property zoned light industrial located in Allen, Texas to Crow Family Holdings Industrial Texas LP, an unaffiliated partnership. The transaction includes options for additional sales over the next 12 and 18 months. Net cash proceeds from the sale totaled approximately $1.25 million. Accordingly, the Company expects to report a gain on the sale of approximately $940,000 in its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2001.
