INTANGIBLE ASSETS	6. INTANGIBLE ASSETS Intangible assets consist of a patent for the IsoBLOX™ technology, which was acquired in February 2013 for a purchase price of $2,100. The intangible asset is being amortized over a fifteen year period on a straight line basis. For the year ended December 31, 2013, $121 of amortization expense has been recorded and the net carrying value of the intangible assets was $1,979.
