DIVESTITURES	DIVESTITURES We divested our final Commercial Vehicle Products operation in the third quarter of 2017. It did not meet discontinued operations criteria, and was part of the Specialized Products Segment. We realized a pretax loss of $3.3 related to the sale of this business and also completed the sale of real estate associated with this operation, realizing a pretax gain of $23.4 in the fourth quarter of 2017. External sales for this business were $3.7 and EBIT was ($1.0) for the three months ended September 30, 2017. For the nine months ended September 30, 2017, external sales for this business were $25.1 and EBIT was ($2.3).
