Credit Quality and Allowance for Credit Losses of Notes Receivable

We monitor credit quality and associated risks of notes receivable on an individual basis based on criteria such as financial stability of the party and collection experience in conjunction with general economic and market conditions. As of March 31, 2019 and June 30, 2018, we had no material past due outstanding notes receivable.
