    (c) Effective January 5, 2009, the registrant promoted C. Vic Stirnaman to the position of chief operating officer of Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc.  Mr. Stirnaman has served as the registrant’s executive vice president since August 2005.  He served as the director of human resources of Keystone Steel & Wire, one of the registrant’s divisions, from 1997 to 2005.
