Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 9, 2019, Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Teresa S. Carroll as an executive officer of the Company effective September 30, 2019, at the close of business. Ms. Carroll, who currently serves as an Executive Vice President, will be entitled to severance compensation and benefits under the existing terms of the Company’s senior executive severance plan and compensation and benefit plans.
