Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On May 10, 2006, Kelly Services, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has named Terence E. Adderley, age 72, as non-executive chairman of the board and Verne G. Istock, age 65, as Lead Director. This action reflects the recovery in the health of Mr. Adderley, who experienced a cardiac incident February 8, 2006. Carl T. Camden, age 51, will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer, the position to which he was named February 27, 2006 under the Company’s succession plan.
