Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	Short-term debt at March 31, 2013 consisted entirely of securities lending transactions. During the three months ended March 31, 2013, we made principal payments of $15.0 million on our senior secured notes issued by Northwind Holdings, LLC. In January 2013, we purchased and retired the outstanding principal of $62.5 million on our senior secured notes issued by Tailwind Holdings, LLC, resulting in a before-tax gain of $4.0 million.
