As previously reported on Form 8-K filed December 2, 2008, John Ellis (Jeb) Bush, former Governor of the State of Florida and President of Jeb Bush and Associates, was elected to Rayonier Inc.'s Board of Directors effective December 1, 2008. On December 12, 2008, Mr. Bush was appointed to the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
