Subsequent Events BREXIT On October 25, 2018 we announced that our European subsidiary, AIG Europe Limited has received approval from the High Court of England & Wales to transfer its business into two new entities: American International Group UK Limited and AIG Europe SA in preparation for the UK’s exit from the European Union. This is the final UK approval needed to complete the restructuring of our European operations and ensure our readiness for Brexit. Dividends Declared On October 31, 2018, our Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on AIG Common Stock of $0.32 per share, payable on December 26, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 12, 2018.
