LOOMIS SAYLES DIVIDEND INCOME FUND

Supplement dated March 1, 2016 to the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of the Loomis Sayles Dividend Income Fund (the “Fund”), each dated April 1, 2015, as may be revised and supplemented from time to time.

Effective immediately, Matthew J. Eagan, Daniel J. Fuss and Elaine M. Stokes no longer serve as co-portfolio managers of the Fund. Arthur J. Barry and Adam C. Liebhoff remain as co-portfolio managers of the Fund. Accordingly, effective immediately, all references to Mr. Eagan, Mr. Fuss and Ms. Stokes and corresponding disclosure related to Mr. Eagan, Mr. Fuss and Ms. Stokes in the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information are hereby deleted.
