Restructuring and Related Activities [Note Text Block]	NOTE 7 - RESTRUCTURING AND OTHER CHARGES, NET 2024: There were no restructuring and other charges recorded during the three months ended June 30, 2024. During the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company recorded restructuring and other charges of $3 million for costs associated with the permanent closure of our containerboard mill in Orange, Texas and the permanent shutdown of pulp machines at our Riegelwood, North Carolina and Pensacola, Florida mills. 2023: There were no restructuring and other charges recorded during the three months and six months ended June 30, 2023.
