Acquisitions	ACQUISITIONS Acquisition of Health Wright Products On April 1, 2022 (“Acquisition Date”), the Company completed its acquisition of Health Wright Products, Inc. (“Health Wright”). IFF acquired 100% of the equity of Health Wright pursuant to a purchase agreement entered into on February 16, 2022. Health Wright is within the Company’s Health & Biosciences segment since the Acquisition Date. The acquisition was accounted for under the purchase method and the purchase price allocation was completed as of December 31, 2022. The Company remeasured the fair value of contingent consideration as of June 30, 2023 and recognized an expense of approximately $5 million, within Selling and administrative expenses on the Consolidated Statements of Income and Comprehensive Income (Loss) for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, for changes in the fair value of contingent consideration obligations.
