American General Life Insurance Company ("AGLIC") and American Home Assurance Company ("AHAC"), each an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., directly hold 842,320 and 117,680 Series A Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Shares (liquidation preference of $25.00) of the Issuer, respectively.

2. AGLIC and AHAC directly hold 280,760 and 39,240 Series B Mandatory Redeemable Preferred Shares (liquidation preference of $25.00) of the Issuer, respectively.
