Other Income and Other Expense Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 17 – OTHER INCOME For the quarters ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, Other income included a gain (loss) of $24 and ($610), respectively, of foreign exchange gains/losses, net, and $311 and $419, respectively, of investment expense. For the nine months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, Other income included losses of $3 and $776, respectively, of foreign exchange gains/losses, net, and $996 and ($419), respectively, of investment income (expense).
