OTHER EXPENSE	OTHER INCOME (EXPENSE) For the quarters ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, Other income (expense) included $(849) and $192, respectively, of net currency exchange gains (losses) in connection with the translation of receivables and payables denominated in currencies other than the functional currencies of Griffon and its subsidiaries as well as $55 and $58, respectively, of net investment income. For the nine months ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, Other income (expense) included $(1,116) and $301, respectively, of net currency exchange gains (losses) in connection with the translation of receivables and payables denominated in currencies other than the functional currencies of Griffon and its subsidiaries as well as $210 and $260, respectively, of net investment income.
