NOTE 16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On September 28, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share ($0.06 per year), payable to shareholders of record on October 17, 2022.  Cash dividends will be paid to shareholders of record on or about November 15, 2022. Based on the closing price on September 26, 2022, this represented an annual dividend yield of approximately 1.06%. Subsequent quarterly dividends will be paid within 45 days of the shareholders of record date of December 31, March 31, June 30 and September 30.

In accordance with the Subsequent Events Topic of the FASB ASC 855, we have evaluated subsequent events, through the filing date and noted no further subsequent events that are reasonably likely to impact the Company’s financial statements.
