RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the nine months ended March 31, 2020, the Company continued to be a party to a Service Agreement with Fields Management, Inc. (“FMI”), pursuant to which FMI provides certain executive management services to the Company, including designating Randall K. Fields to perform the functions of President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company. Mr. Fields also serves as the Company’s Chair of the Board and controls FMI. The Company had payables of $0 and $0 to FMI at March 31, 2020 and June 30, 2019, respectively, under this Service Agreement.
