RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Services Agreement with Fields Management, Inc. During the three months ended September 30, 2015, the Company continued to be a party to a Service Agreement with Fields Management, Inc. (“FMI”), pursuant to which FMI provided certain executive management services to the Company, including designating Mr. Randall K. Fields to perform the functions of President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company. Randall K. Fields, FMI’s designated Executive, who also serves as the Company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, controls FMI. The Company had payables of $31,335 and $37,893 to FMI at September 30, 2015 and June 30, 2015, respectively, under this agreement.

Services Agreement with Fields Management, Inc.

During the three months ended September 30, 2015, the Company continued to be a party to a Service Agreement with Fields Management, Inc.
