NOTE 14 - EMPLOYEEE BENEFIT PLAN	The Company offers an employee benefit plan under Benefit Plan Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Employees who have attained the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The Company, at its discretion, may match employee’s contributions at a percentage determined annually by the board of directors. The Company does not currently match contributions. There were no expenses for the years ended June 30, 2015 and 2014.

The entire disclosure for postemployment benefits, which may include supplemental unemployment benefits, obligations recognized for all types of benefits provided to former or inactive employees, their beneficiaries, and covered dependents after employment but before retirement. Disclosure may also include discussion that an obligation for postemployment benefits is not accrued in accordance with regulation only because the amount cannot be reasonably estimated.
