         An extension has been requested due to the efforts and activities
         needed to bring a new Chief Financial Officer up to speed on the status
         of the 10Q filing.

         The Company was unable to complete the required information and
         finalize the necessary documentation in order to order to complete the
         filing within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or
         expense.
