Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 5, 2007, Tesoro Corporation will present to certain analysts the Company’s five-year capital spending program, updated estimated capital spending on our Golden Eagle coker modification project, financial forecasts through 2012 and other information as presented in the attached slides (the “Slide Presentation”). Capital spending for the Golden Eagle coker modification project is now estimated to total $575 million. The presentation will be webcast through the Company’s website at www.tsocorp.com on December 5, 2007 at 12:30 PM Eastern Time. The Slide Presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report which is incorporated herein by reference.
