On April 12, 2006 Tesoro issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its estimated earnings per share for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006. The Press Release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
