On September 19, 2016, Tracy D. Jackson, the Vice President and Controller of Tesoro Corporation (the “Company”), announced her intention to leave the Company. Effective that date, Steven M. Sterin, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as principal accounting officer until Ms. Jackson’s successor is appointed.
