SUBSEQUENT EVENTS [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We announced in January 2012 that we intend to sell our Hawaii operations as part of a previously announced strategy to focus on the Mid-Continent and West Coast markets. The assets for sale include the Kapolei refinery, 32 retail stations and the associated logistical assets.
