(1) The filing fee is calculated in accordance with Rules 457(o) and 457(r) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”). In accordance with Rules 456(b) and 457(r) of the Act, the registrant initially deferred payment of all of the registration fee for Registration Statement No. 333-259379 filed on September 7, 2021.

(2) ¥13,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 1.048% Senior Notes due 2029 will be issued. The $88,333,220.09 Amount to be Registered is based on the March 8, 2024 Yen/U.S. $ rate of exchange of ¥147.17/U.S.$1.00.

(3) ¥27,900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 1.412% Senior Notes due 2031 will be issued. The $189,576,680.03 Amount to be Registered is based on the August 26, 2022 Yen/U.S. $ rate of exchange of ¥147.17/U.S.$1.00.

(4) ¥7,700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 1.682% Senior Notes due 2034 will be issued. The $52,320,445.74 Amount to be Registered is based on the August 26, 2022 Yen/U.S. $ rate of exchange of ¥147.17/U.S.$1.00.
