Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 30, 2012, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement for the refranchising and sale of related restaurant assets of 39 Applebee's company-operated restaurants located in Virgina. This transaction is expected to close in the fiscal third quarter of 2012.
