The Company administers a retirement savings plan for the benefit of its eligible employees and their beneficiaries under the provisions of Sections 401(a) and (k) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Eligible employees may contribute a portion of their compensation to the plan, and the Company is permitted to make discretionary contributions as determined by the Board of Directors.  For the Albuquerque unit, the Company contributes 25% of the first 6% contributed by employees.  Company contributions on behalf of Albuquerque employees totaled $27 thousand and $24 thousand during the nine months ended June 27, 2014 and June 28, 2013, respectively.  There were no other Company contributions to the plan during the periods.
