INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe effective income tax rate was 30.0% and 31.0% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, respectively, compared to 24.2% and 24.3% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, respectively, primarily due to the reinstatement of the non-deductible health insurance industry fee in 2020.
